Before diving into this field, I spent 31 years in the food and beverage industry, focusing on people leadership and project management. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of two grown sons. My interests include competitive running, hiking, and reading, reflecting my love for an active lifestyle and continual self-improvement.
