With a 15.9% increase for single-family homes and a 19.7% increase for townhouse/condo homes, it's clear that buyers are still actively searching for their dream homes in this beautiful county.

Although there has been a slight decrease in the median sales price of single-family homes and townhouse/condo homes, prices are still up from a year ago. Moreover, sellers are offering amazing incentives and cutting prices, making it an ideal time for buyers to snag a fantastic deal.

While the average days on market have increased slightly, this just means that buyers have more time to find the perfect home to suit their needs. Additionally, inventory has decreased, giving sellers greater control over the market.

As we head into spring, we can expect to see more activity in the real estate market. While mortgage rates have ticked up slightly in recent weeks, we can still expect to see buyers taking advantage of the market and making their move.
